A. We don't know about your country's garbage system; but generally discarding of our physical products is based on your own discretion.

Q. Will the name UNIPLATZ sex toys reflect on my bank or card statement?
A. No.
The name that will show on your bank or card statement for any purchases you make with us will instead be our company code which is NOT recognized as UNIPLAT.
Q. How secure is my transaction?
A. Security and customer privacy are the most important standards that we strive to uphold all the time.  Shopping with us is 100% safe and secure.
Q. Why am I not able to use my cards on your site?
A. There could be several reasons for this; Read following information very carefully as this is very important to make a successful payment.
 In some occasions your Credit Card issuer may have set your credit limits too low by default.
You should contact your bank to inform about your credit limit in case of a declined payment after you have verified that your Credit Card is registered for 3D security.
 You should allow third party cookies and third party redirections for your browsers as this is a mandatory requirement for these transactions to be processed.
 Technical failures are unfortunately inherent to Credit card.
We recommend that you attempt to make a payment several times, use a different card if possible, or try one of our alternative payment options.

If you want to cancel your order leave us a mail at UNIPLAT@INBOX.EU with your order ID or make a call to us on our customer care line.
Q. When will be Out of Stock products restock?
A. Between 2-4 weeks.
Q. Can you ping me when Out of Stock will be restocked?
A. Sure.
We will ping you whenever our Out Of Stock products will be in stock again. Kindly leave your email address and check your email address regularly to check our latest updates.
Delivery
Q. How much time does it take for an order to arrive?
A. All products are shipped within 2 working days after we receive your payment. 
The delivery time depends on the courier your shipment is being sent with.
For all delivery products, you shall receive your product within 3-5 business days.
